We work hard to make our gear just right for you and your team to help you work and play better together every day.
If you have any issues with your gear, please contact us right away.
Our gear is exceptionally durable and we expect it to last you and your dog for the lifetime of your team.
Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee our dog gear products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. As our products are custom handmade to order, please remember that no two items will be exactly the same.
If your gear ever breaks or is damaged due to defect, we will replace or repair at no additional cost.
If repair is required, please see the Repairs section below.
This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of covered products only, and does not cover breakage, damage or other issues resulting from influences outside of our control during creation and build, including chewing, neglect, misuse, normal wear, external trauma, or customer alterations.
Tails for Wonderland LLC reserves the right to determine if a replacement or repair is covered by our warranty.
Note: Any dog gear products sold as used, imperfect or show models are excluded from this warranty.
Limitations
Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product only. Tails for Wonderland LLC and its associates are not responsible for any claims or liabilities beyond this warranty. Breakage, damage or other issues resulting from influences outside of our control during creation and build, including chewing, neglect, misuse, normal wear, external trauma, customer alterations, and items sold as used, imperfect, or show models void any and all warranty. No other warranties, expressed or implied are made.
User assumes all responsibility of safe and proper use and care of product and animal.
The warranty is non-transferable.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Repairs
Please contact us first!
We will need to determine if the issue is covered under the lifetime warranty first. If it’s covered under warranty and we cannot repair it, don’t worry, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Any repairs, alterations, and/or maintenance not covered under warranty, including chewing and external damage, will be assessed and a quote for the requested work will be provided to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the cost of any non-warranty repairs, alterations, and maintenance plus any shipping costs.

We will assess your claim. For any costs not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will provide a quote for your approval. Once the work is agreed upon, we will provide a work order number and instructions for mailing us the gear.
