Gear Orders

All gear orders are made to order by hand in Austin, TX. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks fulfillment time for all gear orders. As soon as your new gear is ready to ship, we will ship via ground shipping with a tracking number. Gear orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped.

Merch Orders

All merchandise orders are made to order in the U.S. and fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible. Orders typically arrive within 10 business days or less after placing an order. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us.

Sustainability

Help us in our efforts to be environmentally conscious and ensure your gear measurements are accurate and precise. This helps us to minimize shipping waste and pollution and product waste.

Any returned custom gear or components or exchanges will be re-sold, re-used, or repurposed if possible.

It is not possible to recycle Biothane, so we will need to dispose of these components if we cannot repurpose them. Returned hardware components may be reused as demo models as long as they are still in new condition. Any hardware that is damaged or worn will be re-used for demo models. Any hardware that is too damaged or worn to be re-used will be recycled. Alternatively, any and all gear may be donated to Austin Pets Alive!.

Any returned merchandise that is in new condition without signs of damage or use may be resold or used as demo models at in-person trade shows or markets. Otherwise, the merchandise will be donated to Austin Pets Alive!.
